Eligibility for Returns
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at 0568078890 within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products purchased during promotional offers or at discounted prices are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for products that have been:
- Opened or used.
- Removed from original packaging or missing original tags and labels.
Conditions for Accepted Returns
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their unopened, sealed packaging.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- Returns are only accepted for products with a verified manufacturing defect.
- Returns for damages caused by customer misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions will not be accepted.
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
Refund Process
- Online Payment (Credit/Debit Card): Refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued in the form of an online voucher for the value of the returned product(s). The voucher will be sent to your registered email within 3 business days after return approval.
Important Notes
- Shipping fees and COD service charges are non-refundable.
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Nice Choice.
- We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the criteria listed above.
